CatholicMatch.com Launches New Online Magazine

Zelienople, PA, July 1, 2006 -- Catholic Match is pleased to announce the debut of its new online magazine! With articles running the gamut from apologetics to single living to current affairs, the new CM Magazine covers the topics that singles care about and provides a powerful new venue for fresh voices to be heard.

Catholic Match has long produced an impressive array of first-rate columnists. The most talented names in the Catholic world write for CM. From the renowned Mary Beth Bonacci’s commentary on single living, to the witty work of bestselling author Michael Rose, and the fresh approach of Stephanie Wood, Catholic Match has consistently produced content to edify, enlighten and entertain its members. At the same time a weakness was identified--the lack of exposure the content was receiving--and we looked for ways to make improvements in that area.

With its new format, Catholic Match now combines the work of these columnists in a single edition, which provides increased exposure. Furthermore, new features have been added that allow members to submit articles. Talented, but heretofore unknown writers, can now send in their columns to CM’s approval staff. “We’re excited to have a unique blend of talent here, said magazine editor Dan Flaherty. “When you take the well-established columnists that we have, and then add them to an emerging class of grass-roots writers, it creates a powerful mix that should be very competitive in the secular and Catholic space.”
